500,000 sq. ft. tenant fit out in the world renowned property at 200 Park Avenue. The insurance company looms over Grand Central Terminal and set about their renovation and fit out with their hiring of Admore Air to install a state of the art mechanical system including chillers, infrastructure and a new BMS systems. This six month project was high tech and high paced and yet all accomplished with the minimum amount of fuss.
